Introduce Them!
You send an introduction message in the form of a text or email that says
"Hey Chris, I just referred Eric Peterson to you. He has a really nice Marquis 59 on A-dock at South Beach. He should call you soon." or "Eric Peterson is thinking of selling his boat and wants to talk to you. His number is _________."


Good News!
Eric lists his boat for sale within 90 days of your message and we get an offer on it and conclude the sale of his boat.
It's Time!
A year and a half later you decide it is time to sell your boat.
We sign the listing agreement with a 9% commission charge when your boat sells. When we sell your boat, you will only be charged 9%. If you referred five people to us, your commission charge will be 5% of the sale price of your boat.
