Hustled through a very dry market
Simpson Yachts, Chris Simpson, owner...my selling broker for my 2000 Carver...he is by far the best broker whether you're selling or buying or both. All the other brokers in my marina hang a sign and disappear. Not Chris. He hustled for me during a very "dry" market and continuously brought interested buyers until he finally found the right person. Once the offer was in, Chris continued to shine keeping both parties informed of necessary steps, keeping stress levels at bay. (I believe he represented the buyer as well, but I never felt this compromised his commitment to me.)
I'm sure if I were to buy a boat again, I wouldn't hesitate to have Chris represent me.
